Shop Policies

Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  Usually our current turnaround time for international orders is 3-5 business days.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options:
For international orders, we currently only accept payment via PayPal but we're working on having more payment options.
PayPal keeps your payment information secure. Note: PayPal never receive or store your credit card information.

Returns & exchanges:
  • I gladly accept returns and exchanges
  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • I don't accept cancellations for customize orders. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Frequently asked questions

😊 International Shipping:
U.S. and other countries: can take up to 3-4 weeks or more for a package to arrive after it has been shipped due to delays, customs or time sitting in the post office. This is beyond my control. I offer EXPRESS MAIL (5-7 business days), but at an extra cost. Please bear this in mind before making any purchase. Thank you! :)

😊 Processing/Turnaround Time
We are currently shipping all orders in 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS  from the receipt of your paid order (this DOES NOT include the transit time by the postal system.) If there is an exception, we will let you know.

😊 International Courier
We will ship your order via Philippine Postal Corporation (PhilPost) with a tracking number. You will be notified by email, once your order has been shipped, along with the tracking number. This information is also available on your order, once it has shipped.

😊 Track and Trace
You can track your order on your Etsy account or you can directly track your order at the related site if you are from countries where the tracking service is supported. As soon as your order is shipped out we send you an email notification with your tracking number if applicable, please check your email or log in to Etsy account to see your order status.

USA customers:
Tracking of the mail is available through the USPS website from the time when the post arrives at the Postal Office (Western regions – LA sorting facility, Eastern regions – NY sorting facility). It takes several days to classify mail according to the destination group. If there is a lot of mail collected at the sorting facility, it may take longer.

😊 Express Mail Service
PhilPost Express Service requests will have additional charges, please let us know if you require this service PRIOR to placing your order.
